Because we have our own projects in addition to client work, we have a more flexible working model than a pure consulting firm. Our primary focus is to put together a working model that makes sense for you and enables us to focus sufficiently to bring depth of thought and regular problem-solving to the table.
Range of potential working arrangements
- Full-time project work for one or more of our people for a period of 1-6 months
- Short-term work to facilitate or moderate key meetings, focus groups, or interviews
- Staged model for creation of custom research into a sector or topic
- Ongoing part-time work (1-3 days/ week) over a longer period to enable underlying analytics or development to take place
- Retainer based work to enable ongoing conversations and framing without substantial analytics (e.g., executive coaching)
- Interim executive placement until key personnel are hired or projects reach specific milestones
While we bring talent with backgrounds at top tier consulting firms, our approach is seasoned with experiences in operational and entrepreneurial roles. We know that for strategic recommendations to be effective, a clear and reasonable road map to execution must exist. Our structure can help you ensure that plan comes together with sufficient energy and momentum.
We prefer to work in an agile fashion, where frequent check-ins enable us to continually focus on the top priority issues as new information and context emerges.
We also understand the great trust that you place in the confidential nature of our conversations and work. We do not discuss any proprietary non-public information we have come across with anyone outside of your organization without your request to do so.
